Disappearing means:

Your browser doesn’t show anything, just a BLANK PAGE.

Every time it happened, I had to go to the File Manager on the server, and rename the plugin, after it the site appeared again in the browser. Then I renamed back the plugin folder, and the site worked for some days, then the bug happened again.

For the mobile version of the site: as soon, as both of the plugins were activated, the mobile version on my iPhone showed only a blank page, nothing on it. If I disabled one or the other, the mobile version appeared at once in the mobile browser.

I contacted the plugin support team, and they promised me to see after the problem.
