I’m starting to add programs to my member’s area and I’m looking at adding lists for each product. The way I have the products setup is through custom capabilities all members at level#1.

How do I create an email parser to add clients who buy a specific product to a new list on aweber?

Thanks

Hi Jorge,

The s2Member Aweber integration works on a per-Level basis, meaning a signup for a specific level can subscribe the user to any one of a number of Aweber lists. It’s not currently possible to subscribe users to lists based on the Custom Capabilities that they’re given.

I believe it is possible with MailChimp I think, the user cassel is using lots of ccaps (short for custom capabilities) and newsletters and stuff, using MailChimp.

With a hack, you could add ccaps to the user’s profile over at AWeber, using the s2Member List Servers API method to reprocess list servers. I know it was used for MailChimp, I’m pretty sure it’ll work with AWeber.

This post should help: http://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/s2member-mailchimp-and-ccaps/#post-17078

And you’ll need to modify AWeber’s custom email parser for s2Member, so that ccaps are also added.

We’re working to facilitate more advanced integrations in the future, but for now you’ll need to customize this yourself.

I hope that helps. :)
