Apply Coupon button on different line

Hi,

On the PayPal Pro Form, when applying a coupon, the actual “Apply Coupon” button is on a different line to the field where you enter the code. See here http://s15.postimg.org/vldhng7p7/Capture.png

How do I make it appear on the same line – it looks odd how it is at the moment.

Can you please provide me w/ the following details so that we can reproduce this?

1. What version of s2Member® Pro is this running?
2. What theme are you using please?
3. Do you have a link to this Pro Form so that we can see it ourselves?
