Members whose credit card payments have been declined are not being demoted to Free Subscriber status. The Automatic EOT settings are set up for cancelled memberships. But we need a way to account for recurring subscriptions that have declined payments.

Hi Michael,

We’re having the same issue now. We are trying to make it so that if a subscribers monthly payment is declined, they can still log in and update their payment credentials. We are using Authorize.net as well.

I know this is 7 months later, but did you/your team ever come up with a solution?

Thanks,

-Jacob

I’m having the same issue. Did anyone see this thread?

Surely S2Member can do this. Otherwise it’s a real show stopper for me. Also, do members get notifications that their card was declined?
