Does s2Member have the capability to automatically send email reminders when customer subscriptions are about to expire? If so what is the setup process? I’ve poked around and haven’t found if this is possible. My background isn’t too technical and any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks! -CW

Hi CW, EOT (End of Term) reminders is not currently a feature of s2Member, however you can certainly create a plugin that handles this for you by utilizing the s2Member Hooks.
