Hi,
I just noticed a problem. One of my membership plans is $1 trial for the first 3 days, than $9 per month. The s2 buy code works, PayPal has it set up as expected:

Subscription Terms:	$1.00 USD for the first 3 days
Then $9.00 USD for each month

I had a user sign up for this yesterday, on Aug 1st, and cancelled 6 minutes later, but his automatic EOT was set by s2 as Aug 31, 2013.

What could have caused this? I do not have s2 logging turned on, so I have no logs on this.
Thanks,
Tom

Unfortunately, we’ll need to see logs on this before we can really know for sure; as there are many variables at play, and each installation can be a monster of a different color. When/if this happens again (or you can reproduce it in a test purchase); please submit your log files privately and one of our techs will do a review for you immediately.
