Hello there, I have set the Custom Parse to integrate Aweber with S2Member.
When I test the parser with the email I receive after setting up the debug option, I have to add 2 new lines to make it working. Then the test is ok, however it doesn’ t add any user to my list.

Here the full email I receive:

I can add that if I forward this email to pianosolo_news@aweber.com, then the confirmation mail is sent and everything works properly.

Hi Raam,
I mean 2 empty lines at the beginning. If my text start from the very beginning of the textarea the test is not successful. So i have something like this if yyyyyyy is the first line of my email:

____________________textarea

yyyyyyyyy

instead of

____________________textarea
yyyyyyyyyyyy

thanks for your reply, I have followed every step from that article. It seems like aweber doesn’ t receive the email at all. I set one of my address as bcc, for each registration I receive a mail that verifies the test of the Email Parser, each field is displayed correctly. From my log file I have something like this:

Hmm… Yeah, I don’t understand either. So you get the cc properly, and it’s fine, but AWeber doesn’t add the user? Remember that several attempts with the same email address may be a problem, try other addresses. Also, did you check the list of subscribers that still haven’t confirmed the subscription?

I get the cc properly, if I manually forward it to Aweber, Aweber takes it in the right way and adds the users. It seems like Aweber doesn’ t receive anything. I have tried with lots of different email addresses from my users that are registering.

That’s really weird.

If the email is being sent, you receive the copy, your copy is formatted correctly and it works with the AWeber parser, why isn’t the one sent straight to AWeber adding the person? Have you contacted AWeber’s support about this?

Yes :) they helped me to solve the issue. It was due to the hosting, RDNS was not right, not giving back the exact domain.
