OK….

I followed the instructions on these pages:
http://www.s2member.com/kb/aweber-email-parser-for-s2member/
http://www.s2member.com/kb/debugging-the-aweber-integration/

Additionally, we’ve enabled logging and have configured our listIDs
Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / List Servers -› AWeber®

What we have installed
WP Mail SMTP configured correctly. We ran a successful test through it.

Seems like everything is configured correctly? However, the integration to Aweber is not happening nor are we receiving the BCC email as meniotned in the second link.

Any insight as to what could be going wrong?

It looks from the log entry that the wp_mail didn’t return any errors when sending it, and all the info is there, so s2Member seems to be doing all it should be doing.

I’d first make sure that the email didn’t go to the Spam folder. If it isn’t there or the Inbox, then there may be a problem with your WP sending emails. Do new registrations get an email from WordPress with the username and password?

Yes… new registrations are receiving the email with username/password so we are certain that WP does send emails.
We ran a test with a new user which we have the email for.

For some reason, there is nothing that is happening between Aweber/s2member

Any further insight?

Okay, then wp_mail is working and emails are being sent.

Did you ask AWeber support about this problem?

Regarding the AWeber integration troubleshooting, did you do everything mentioned, including the Reverse DNS thing? Knowledge Base » Debugging the AWeber integration

Call your hosting provider and request that they add a “Reverse DNS record, PTR, or pointer record” to your hosting account.

This may be your problem if you are seeing that when you run the “bcc” test all is looking good, meaning the “add” email is being generated by the S2Member system, but Aweber is not adding your contacts to your list.

Basically, without this “Reverse DNS record, PTR, or pointer record” your “add” emails will be blocked as spam by Aweber and names will not be added to your list.
