Congrats on the new interface/forums.

I’m just wondering if you could shed some light on when s2member will function on a domain subdirectory in addition to a domain’s subdomain.

Please see my original discovery and query here: http://www.primothemes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=17032

I have since had to change my deployment, which is fine, but I really would like some clarification on this if possible.

If there is a workaround solution for this issue, I’d love to hear it — or if I need to set something up in a way that’s not obvious. I tried to get this working for some time and eventually gave up.

Thanks much.

Cheers,

Xandria

Hi Xandria,

You mentioned in your original post that everything worked on your testing system; is that correct?

If that’s correct, then we need to figure out what the difference is between the two systems. If they’re different servers, then it’s most likely a server configuration issue that is causing the problem.

Thanks for the heads up on this thread.

I’m not aware of any issues running s2Member from a sub-directory, that’s quite common. However, I did notice in your original post from the old forum system, that you have some links with the www in them, and some without that. It it possible that your download links are not recognizing Members as being logged into the right domain variation?

Please see this topic and let me know if this could be the issue?
