Is it possible to bulk import free members? Is there a FAQ or tutorial on s2member bulk import? Thanks.

Hello there,
you might be interested in this KBA (Knowledge Base Article) on how to migrate from another membership software:

Of course, you would only follow the steps that apply to import users.
