Ok so 15 minutes after deleting all the plugins I can see 44 instead of 24 in the member list which is actually 102. So why don’t I see 102? Plus there is still no profile info.

Yes and still not working. I was able to manually change the display name to First Name + Last Name in the wordpress dashboard and now that displays as username in buddypress. But still no additional info in the BP profile. I can see the 400 members I uploaded so far in the member list tab BUT it only displays 25 members in the list.

I also tried this plugin but it did not work:

Yes, just take your s2Member® Pro Form Shortcode, and wrap it inside a tag. Pro Forms will automatically expand to 100% width of their parent element. So wrapping them inside a tag is the easiest way.
