None that I know of… All that comes to mind is copy/pasting the rows: save the CSV file, open with a text editor that shows line numbers and then select 100 rows at a time, copy, paste in the import textarea and submit. So I found some help with this: BUT I am having an issue once I import the users into buddypress. I can see their user names but no other info like first and last name or website. I CAN see this info in my wordpress dashboard under users. Any ideas? |

Have you checked the necessary options in Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Registration/Profile Fields -> Integrate Custom Registration/Profile Fields with BuddyPress? |

Now I’m thinking that my buddypress fields need to mirror wordpress user fields? |

Have you tried importing users after updating the BuddyPress integration setting? |

Yes and still not working. I was able to manually change the display name to First Name + Last Name in the wordpress dashboard and now that displays as username in buddypress. But still no additional info in the BP profile. I can see the 400 members I uploaded so far in the member list tab BUT it only displays 25 members in the list. I also tried this plugin but it did not work: |

Would you happen to be using a caching plugin with object caching? |

Nope. I started over and made sure that I checked checked the necessary options in Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Registration/Profile Fields -> Integrate Custom Registration/Profile Fields with BuddyPress After uploading the first 100 I was able to see only 20 or so new users in the member listing BUT as you can see in the link below the All Members tab says there are 102 members. In WP dashboard under Users everything looks right. I also deleted my profile fields in BP and recreated fields to mirror the defaults, but it still failed to populate the profiles. Please help. Thanks. |

I also tried it with the default buddypress template and had the same results. |

Yeah, the WP admin login, please. I’d like to take a look there, if that’s ok with you, of course. |

Thanks! I looked at your plugins and there’s a drop-in one for caching. Could you try deactivating/removing it and refreshing your users list? From your description of the problem, it looks like a caching issue that some users have reported in the past.

Hmm… I still see the caching one there. In your site go to this address: [hilite mono]/wp-admin/plugins.php?plugin_status=dropins[/hilite] To remove it you’ll have to do it via FTP. Look in the [hilite mono]/wp-content/plugins/[/hilite] directory for the file [hilite mono]advanced-cache.php[/hilite]. |

I just deleted all the inactive plugins as well. |

Ok so 15 minutes after deleting all the plugins I can see 44 instead of 24 in the member list which is actually 102. So why don’t I see 102? Plus there is still no profile info. |

I don’t know. I know that s2Member doesn’t mess with that at all, so it has to be something else. I’m looking at your screenshot again and I think I have an idea of what may be the reason: The BuddyPress’ members list may just be showing those that activated their accounts, while the WP Admin users list shows the whole thing. If I remember correctly, BuddyPress has an account activation step, or something like that. |

I created a brand new WP install with BP and tried again. Same result. Does the improt function work with BuddyPress? |

Yes, as far as I know. After all, BuddyPress uses WordPress’ users tables, which are the ones s2Member populates on user import. So BuddyPress should show the same data WP has, I don’t know why they’d be different. I’ll email Jason about this. |

Yea. BP integration was a big selling point for S2Member. Please let me know ASAP. Thanks. |
