That is pretty much close yet still uses dynamic form (individually as well). I’m talking about static form which does not have “dynamic” form(s) at all. I assumed this is not even possible? If s2Member still required dynamic form, that is fine with us. We can make some minor adjustments.

Hi Ryan,

That’s correct: the forms use various elements that must be dynamic (elements that are loaded from s2Member), so it does require a dynamic form.

Okay, this really clear up predictive issues would be likely occurs with static form. Thanks and special thanks for including the optional form and/or sub-account as well. We would be likely using the optional form parameter to track things better and ability to make changes if needed easier.
