My users are not getting the user confirmation email with the registration link after successful Clickbank payment. Can you advise on a solution/fix? Thanks.

Hi Shawn,

Have you followed the Common Troubleshoot Tips? If those don’t help, I recommend following the advice in Troubleshooting Email Delivery Problems.

Finally, if you haven’t already, I recommend enabling logging (Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ClickBank® Options -› Account Details -› Logging), conducting another test transaction, and then checking the logs in wp-content/plugins/s2member-logs/ for any clues.
