Coupon Codes / Paypal Pro Forms

When someone signs up for a membership with a PayPal Pro form that is using Coupon Codes, is the coupon code used noted somewhere so the site owner knows what code was used for a particular signup?

No, unfortunately the coupon code used is not stored anywhere. The discount is applied to the checkout amount before being transferred to the payment gateway. If you need to record the coupon code, you could certainly add this functionality with some custom code.
