I just upgraded our S2member pro to v130731 and in the ‘add-user’ section all custom registration fields are missing.

Is this a known bug or is there a way to get them back? Right now the add-user screen is just the default wordpress one, without any custom registration fields options or S2member functionality.

Regards

As a side-note the edit user screen has all of the S2member profile and custom-registration information like the add-user screen used to.

Thanks for reporting this important issue.

Interesting. I was unable to reproduce this myself. If problems persist, please submit a Dashboard login privately and we’ll have one of our techs take a look for you. Please be sure that you submit a clean/test installation of WordPress® running no other plugins except s2Member®. See: s2Member® » Private Contact Form

After going through the plugins it appears to be a conflict with NextGen gallery specifically. Is there any way to figure out which function is conflicting? I would love to be able to use this easy gallery plugin with our s2member pro.

If we have something specific to go on (e.g. a specific function or functionality) which is conflicting across these two plugins, we can certainly submit that to our developers and ask them to work on fixing it. At this time, I’m not aware of anything specific with that plugin. If you get a freelancer to help you, or you have more specific information you can provide, please let us know about it :-)

If you’re not comfortable with resolving plugin conflicts, you can try Elance.com or jobs.wordpress.net.
