Worked perfect when I tested it 6 hours ago. Did a 2nd test minutes after and nothing!

I got the wp-mail-log plugin to see if email was being sent and its not.

WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> Email Configuration -> Email From Address – is properly set.

Please help. I already had a customer signup for monthly account and then cancel because he never got a confirmation/registration email.

Make sure you have logging enabled and run your test again to get it logged. Then review the log entries for it to see if there are any errors, please. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Log Files (Debug)[/hilite]

Verify that your payment gateway credentials are all correct. Check that your shortcode is correct.

Thanks for your response.

I have logging enabled. Problem is that I don’t have any programming knowledge so I don’t know what I’m looking at or looking for. I also don’t know what information is sensitive.

I manually entered a new user using the dashboard and selected that the password confirmation be emailed to them. Both the customer and I received a “New User Registration” email.

Would that conclude that something is wrong with the Paypal settings? Every other form of email from my site and dashboard are being sent without a problem.

Happy to announce I have it all sorted out now.

As it turns all of my settings were fine but you can’t be logged into WordPress when you run your test registration or the email of membership confirmation with the registration link will not be sent.

Once I logged out, ran the test, logged back in, and looked at the WP-email-log, it showed that email was sent, however still not received in my inbox. Your suggestion to this was get WP-Mail-SMTP plugin to send emails using SMTP instead of default WordPress setting.

I did this, ran another test, and everything worked perfect!
