Disable Login Screen Customization

To Whom It May Concern:

I am currently evaluating S2 Member for a client’s site and must echo a previous year-old topic (now closed) that calls for this option to be easily deactivated via the Settings page, perhaps a check box?

As a designer, it is obnoxious to have my previously customized log-in page preempted by S2 Member.

As such, and perhaps unfairly, this is a negative mark against S2 Member having just activated the plugin and immediately being frustrated with its overly aggressive intrusion into the theme’s design.

Nevertheless, i will attempt to investigate the other features in order to see if the pro-version of the plug-in might still be a good fit for my client’s needs.

Yes, I saw that post from 2012, and forgive me if it is not a “pre-sale” question, but prior to whether or not I recommend this plug-in to my client, a [] Disable check box should be added as an option for the various modules.

Adding code to undo the plug-in usurping the login screen is fine for a band-aid, but hardly seems an adequate final solution.
