Hello!

Our developers are getting an “Error #10002, Security error, Security header is not valid.” on our check out page. I did some research on here and it looks like we need a SSL certificate, which we have gotten and enabled on our site. We haven’t had a chance to test it yet since the developers still have our site on their servers, but I wanted to ask, once they move the site to our servers, will that error go away now that we have an SSL certificate? Or is there something else that needs to be done, like some form of code on the checkout page? Thank you!

Hi James,

This could also be caused by using the wrong credentials or trying to connect to the Sandbox API URL using the Live credentials or vice versa. You should double-check that you’re using the correct API URL + account details.
