I have just updated from framework to S2member pro for “Paypal Pro Forms. i have configured it but continuosly getting the error message “Error. Please contact Support for assistance.”

Then i have explored your forum and found a file to check the server configuration, it show me “No issues. Your server configuration looks great!”. Here is the url of the file http://sugartracks.com/s2member_server_check.php

Hi Patrick,

It looks like you’re trying to use the on-site credit card processing feature. Does your PayPal account have the PayPal Pro service enabled? PayPal Pro is required for on-site credit card processing and judging by the error message it sounds like the service isn’t active on your account. I recommend contacting PayPal to double-check with them.
