Hi,

I know this topic has came up multiple times, but I’m still unable to solve it from referring to these.

ERROR: Unable to verify POST vars

I have uploaded s2member-server-check and passed all test.

I’ve checked all my shortcodes to make sure they are correct, albeit there was one portion where I was advised to change from ‘anchor’ to ‘url’ and it is working fine. I have ensured Secret Key is correct and the IPN v2.1 is selected. All the other APIs all tally too.

The only thing that I suspect might be wrong is that my product is pending approval. Is that why?

Otherwise, I can’t think of any other reasons why it is showing this error, I’m so close to getting this right!

Looking forward to a reply soon, thank you very much!

Hello Desmond,

Could you please paste the shortcode that you’re using, and the URL of your website? Thanks!

The shortcode is this :

[s2Member-Pro-ClickBank-Button cbp="1" level="2" ccaps="" desc="Everest Fortune Group Exclusive Members - Monthly Subscription $93/month" custom="www.everestfortune.com" tp="0" tt="D" rp="1" rt="M" rr="1" image="default" output="url" /]

This generates this URL :

http://1.efgroup.pay.clickbank.net/?s2_invoice=2&s2_p1=0+D&s2_p3=1+M&s2_desc=Everest+Fortune+Group+Exclusive+Members+-+Monthly+Subscription+%2493%2Fmonth&s2_custom=www.everestfortune.com&s2_customer_ip=220.255.2.85&s2_subscr_id=s2-50b78e1a2518f&s2_referencing=1&_s2member_sig=1354206746-b0a08140042ea235043a29462cb3ab2a

My main website with the various levels is : http://www.everestfortune.com
The website where I have created it on a separate installation with wordpress and it my landing page is : http://www.everestfortune.com/stock-signals

Alright I need your guidance on this area :

1. I have created s2-hacks.php with the necessary modifications to the code, and placed this in the correct directory under by main site with s2member installation (www.everestfortune.com)

2. Now create a link on Site B, pointing to Site A.
-> How do I do this part? Does it have to be on any particular page? Right now I only have one main landing page for site B (www.everestfortune.com/stock-signals) so what shall I do?

-> Am I supposed to paste this code somewhere ? : http://yoursite.com/?clickbank=redirect

Thanks for all your help and guidance so far, really appreciate it!

Desmond, once you have the hack in the mu-plugins folder of the WP installation where s2Member is, you can link to it with the ?clickbank=redirect at the end.

If I understood correctly, s2Member is in www.everestfortune.com, then your ClickBank button outside of that site, would link to http://www.everestfortune.com/?clickbank=redirect

If you click that link, you’ll be taken to the ClickBank checkout.

I hope that helps. :)

Hi Cristian, it does help but does not solve what I need actually.

My main problem now is that when I click the “thank you” page link from my clickbank product page which is : http://www.everestfortune.com/?s2member_pro_clickbank_return=1
it shows me the ERROR : Unable to verify POST Vars

I assume this link given to me in clickbank options : http://www.everestfortune.com/?s2member_pro_clickbank_return=1
is the link I should be using for the thank you page right? What am i doing wrongly?

Trying to load it in your browser is wrong, because it doesn’t have the POST vars that ClickBank includes when sending the user there after checkout. Just add it as your thank-you page URL in ClickBank. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ClickBank® Options -› Thank-You Page Integration[/hilite]

Sorry currently as it is, my thank-you page URL under the “Thank-You Page Integration” is http://www.everestfortune.com/?s2member_pro_clickbank_return=1

This is correct and does not need to be changed? :D

Right, that’s fine. :)

You can modify it to specify a custom thank-you page, but it’s not required. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ClickBank® Options -› Thank-You Page Integration -> Optional Customizations[/hilite]
