Hi Luis.

I’ve seen this happen with some themes that affect the JavaScript on the admin side. Could you test changing to the default theme and checking if your pro-form generator then works?

Thanks!

Hello,

We just verified that indeed there is a conflict with s2member and the template that we are currently using.
We paid for the professional version that includes full support so please let me know what is the next step to get this resolved.

I just want to add that when we go to the autorize.net form in the front to collect the payment, the page doesn’t work either, and it is a javascript css issue as well, we need to have this fixed as soon as possible please.

Thanks,
Luis

Hi Luis,

Both s2Member Framework and s2Member Pro have been proven to work with all WordPress themes that are built using proper coding standards. You will need to contact your theme developer to have them resolve the issue with the conflicting JavaScript. Support for 3rd-party themes is outside the scope of our support policy (please see s2Member® » Support Policy » Outside Scope).
