Here is the second test with a different name, cc, etc. on a different PC. That also failed:

Hi Michael,

It looks like you’re trying to run PayPal Payflow in Sandbox/Developer Testing mode. Currently PayPal Payflow doesn’t have the capability to do this yet (which is rather bothersome). Jason added a post here outlining how you can test transactions with PayPal Payflow for now.

Let us know if you have any further problems! :)

I don’t understand. I didn’t choose or otherwise select any settings on either my WordPress site or in PayPal that make things run in Sandbox mode. I thought I was live. Do you know what I should do to ensure that is the case?

Michael, the error says it’s an authentication problem, did you make sure that your credentials were entered correctly in all the fields required for the integration? [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options[/hilite]

About the sandbox, make sure you didn’t use sandbox credentials above, and that sandbox is not enabled in s2Member and PayPal. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Account Details -› Developer/Sandbox Testing[/hilite]

Actually, it was stupid error on my part. I listed the vendor name as PayPal instead of my user name. It all works fine now. Sorry for the hassle.

That’s great! I’m glad it was so simple and that you fixed it now. Thanks for the update. :)
