I have s2Member pro for single site, but i am looking at opening another site to cater to a specific target. Do i have to buy the multisite or just pay the difference between the two? Any special offer for long time Pro members?

If you go to your Account page, you should find the link to upgrade, where you’ll just pay the difference in price. http://www.s2member.com/account/ ;)
