I am having daily problems with some members who show as active not receiving emails sent out to their S2 member level. I am trying to find out what the cause is and thought I would export the group CSV and manually compare it to the active member listing. This is happening to members who have previously not had a problem so it is not spam/firewall related. The member who has contacted me this morning is showing in users as an active member but I cant see him in the user list in Email2. When I export a group I just get an empty CSV. Why is this? If I could search the group displayed in email2 for a single address it would be much more useful, but it doesn’t appear you can do this… |
