Hello
Username: congstruct

Hi I just checked the logs and got

API Error Code: E00035
Error Code Text: The subscription cannot be found.
Description: The subscription ID for this request is not valid for this merchant.

What does this mean?

Does this “subscription” have to be setup at authorize.net? You just make the sub form on S2member correct?

‘response_reason_code’ => ‘E00035’,
‘response_code’ => ‘E00035’,
‘response_reason_text’ => ‘The subscription cannot be found.’,
‘response_text’ => ‘The subscription cannot be found.’,
‘subscription_status’ => ‘active’,
‘__error’ => ‘Error #E00035. The subscription cannot be found.’,

Please! Emergency

Hi sorry to bump, just wondering if anyone can help since losing sales like this as we speak right now

Its authorize.net gateway and sales are getting stopped dead cold

There is virtually no info at all even at authorize.net and it just says “The subscription ID for this request is not valid for this merchant. ”

what subscription id for merchant?

there is login, transaction key, and hash. So im not sure what a “merchant subscription id” is and how its not valid

Hello.

Could you please post the related log entries, x’ing out private info (e.g. email addresses)?
[hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Authorize.Net® Options -› Account Details -› Logging[/hilite]

Are these new subscriptions you’re selling, or is the user already logged in and with a subscription which he’s trying to modify? Could you give more details about the situation that’s giving you that error?

Thanks!

Thank you Cristian! I spoke to authorize.net and they said this error means that you dont have something like ABM automatic billing but it’s not true cause we put an order in before. There customer was not registered or provide all info? maybe that is it for the error? Here is the log

OK.

Could you show me the shortcode for the Auth.Net pro-form you’re using that gives you this error in the logs?

Is this a new subscription the user is creating with you or is it an existing one he had with this Auth.Net account you’re using?
