Hello – I purchased your product a couple weeks ago and would like to view your Customer Support Forums and videos. I cannot find anywhere on the site for me to email customer service. I tried using ‘forgot password’ with the email I purchased the program through, that did not work. I tried creating an account with my personal email, and that didn’t work (it won’t let me input my conf. number anywhere. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
