Hi i’m wondering if it’s possible to hide/show a page, rather than protect it?

Basically Google maps charges 10K UPFRONT for protected maps… I need to earn the money first! So to work around this I need the map page to be publicly available at all times (i.e. an unprotected url), but invisible/not in my main menu until customers login.

Is this something I can do with S2M?

You’d have to use conditionals instead of the s2Member restrictions. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Conditionals[/hilite]

Thanks Cristian! This put me on the right path.

The conditionals can control content *within* a page, I want to control the visibility *of* a menu item. In the instructions for API/Scripting I found a link to the Menu Item Visibility Control plugin – which uses conditionals.

The page is still publically available, but is hidden to users who aren’t logged in :)

Thanks again!

Great! Thanks for the update. :)

And thanks for the tip on the Menu Item Visibility Control plugin. http://wordpress.org/plugins/menu-items-visibility-control/
