How does Jason Caldwell make those videos?

Does anybody know what software I can get to make video tutorials like the ones Jason Caldwell makes here on s2member?

In particular, what software has the

– round yellow highlighter over the cursor, and

– flashes the red lines where/when the mouse is clicked?

I dont know what he uses but i know that Camtasia can do that. I use Camtasia for all my videos and i usually dont use those mouse features, but i know they are there.

like cassel, Jason uses Camtasia Studio in order to make those videos.
