How to add multiple checkboxes in a form?

Hi,
I’m trying to build a custom registration form, all seems to work fine except multiple checkboxes and radio boxes. I followed the examples that you offer there but it doesn’t seem to work. Am I doing something wrong or missing something? Please let me know how this need to be done.

Hi Maxim,

You need to put each option/value pair on a new line like this:

US|United States|default
CA|Canada
VI|Virgin Islands (U.S.)

I already tried this. As I already said I used your example from there but no luck. You can see in this video that isn’t working. Please watch the video until the end, there you would see the form without the field before I saved the changes and then the form after the changes were saved. So, isn’t working. I would be grateful if you would provide a solution.

Have you tried disabling other plugins to see if a conflicting plugin is causing this problem?
