Hi,
I’m trying to build a custom registration form, all seems to work fine except multiple checkboxes and radio boxes. I followed the examples that you offer there but it doesn’t seem to work. Am I doing something wrong or missing something? Please let me know how this need to be done.

Here you can see how it looks like: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0a19i5hef
I added them from a new line, this is how it looks like after I save the changes: http://awesomescreenshot.com/05e9i5k47

Thanks.
