I can't complete the transaction by VISA !!!

I can’t complete the transaction by VISA OR PAYPAL.. the error messages:

Error #15005. Processor Decline. This transaction cannot be processed.

Error #10417. Transaction declined. Please use an alternate funding source.

I am from saudi arabia and I want to get “s2Member® PRO”

The transaction was declined by the issuing bank, not PayPal. Please use another card.
Error 10417:
Transaction cannot complete.

Please check with your financial institution and see if they have a restriction on your card for online purchases or other restrictions.

There are no problem with PayPal with my credit card.. there are successful transaction today thru PAYPAL by the same credit card.. This problem appear with your website only..

So that I need another way to make the transaction.. You can give me company’s email in PayPal and I will send the money to the company account…

Or give me another way (or another website) to make the transaction by VISA..

I still try to get this product from about two weeks!!!

Or just use the Check out with Paypal button.
