…the website will not allow me to download the pro ZIP. Not does it show me as having a license when I view my account information. I received my receipt via e-mail, showing that you received my payment.

What’s the deal?

I just purchased a single S2Member license, but I did not receive a confirmation email with a receipt or invoice. Have been able to install plug-in successfully so account is active. Can you help me with this?
