I need help with installation

Since I did NOT get a reply on the previous request for help I start another thread and will keep on doing so until EITHER I get the stuff installed and working as expected OR I get my money back.

Trying to install s2memberpro I get a MESSage saying that the installation failed.
In my previous request I got a link to a not even close to useful page with a whole lot of stuff but NOT how I am supposed to install this plugin.
I want the site I use this for up and running in the coming weekend.
My financial future depends on it. So please, show you care for customer support.

FYI, an attempt to install s2m-pro-extras failed miserably as well.
ALSO FYI, installing the quick-cache.111203 plugin worked without problem.

I have been waiting for an answer for hours and now I all of a sudden see you will be back on Monday. Is this your idea of customer support???
