import export users option where in s2member?

I am having trouble finding the import export option

i tired following other instructions too, http://www.s2member.com/kb/how-to-migrate-to-s2member-pro-from-other-software/#step3

i see no import export options
help!

Hi Jason,

If you have s2Member Pro installed, you should find it at Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Import/Export. If that option is not there, then you probably don’t have s2Member Pro installed. The import/export feature is only available with s2Member Pro.

it seems like it was no longer installed – i swear i installed it and used it for a while and saw import export etc, then deactivated it and turned it back on and lost pro version – is that possible or am i likely confusing it with another site

The only likely possibility that I can think of is that you upgraded the s2Member Framework and then didn’t update/activate the s2Member Pro addon, which gets temporarily disabled when you upgrade the Framework.
