Hi all – This is a very small issue but I thought I would ask: I have someone who cannot login to my S2member site on his iPod Touch. Every time he logs in he gets redirected to the “membership options” page. I have tried on my ipad and no problems. And I believe several people have accessed on an iPhone…

Any ideas on where I should begin looking?

– Ryan

Hmm… Not sure.

Try to get him to send you the URL he gets when redirected to the Membership Options page, it’ll have several variables that may help see what’s happening. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Membership Options Page Variables (MOP Vars)[/hilite]

Thanks Cristián – Link below. Nothing is jumping out at me. I have this particular page set at level “0” though I do not have free registration set up just yet. All members currently have level “1.”

Anyone see anything unusual?

I see. That’s odd.

Do you have a different template for mobile or perhapes iPod Touch’s browser behavior a bit differently?

Maybe his browser is not accepting cookies? Or maybe it’s sending the person to a URL without the www, causing WP to think he’s not logged in? Knowledge Base » Don't mix www and without

I don’t have an iPhone Touch, so I can’t test this for you. :/
