Level "0" access

Hi, Sorry if this has been covered but I could not find an answer to this topic. We just launched our site today and are having a problem with open registration i.e.: FREE members accessing the content. We have a site wide level “0” restriction that requires members to at least register in order to see content. However after checking the access level in the Paypal Pro Forms, “Free” members still cannot see content even if they’ve registered. We even set the level access to level=”1″ to ensure that they could get in. Any suggestions or help? Thanks. Daniel

Hi Daniel, Level 1 access restrictions will prevent Level 0 (free) subscribers from accessing the content. If you want free subscribers (Level 0) to access the content, please make sure it’s not restricted to Level 1. You’ll need to check Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options as well as the individual posts/pages for restrictions (only if you used the s2Member toolbox on the post/page editor to set restrictions).
