Level 0 not working

For some reason posts with a level 0 restriction for free access are not displaying for non logged in users and they are referred to the signup page.

I only have 2 levels: 0 for free access and 1 for paid access. Once a user logs in then he can see all posts.

Has anyone seen this behavior?

The reason for this is that non-logged in users do not actually have access to level 0. Level 0 users are users that are registered for free. Non-logged in users don’t actually hae a level, not even level 0.

So if you want everyone to be able to see certain posts/pages then I suggest you simply don’t protect them.
