Is there a way to access a specific page or post other than the member options page after a user login? For example; say I’m not logged and want to see a restricted page on my homepage menu bar (a ubiquitous activity). When I attempt to access that page (which is restricted to only logged in users) I am redirected to a Log-in page (which is fine)…but after I complete my log-in, I am redirected back to a generic members options page (in my website’s case, its the homepage). I then have to find the original page I was interested in. I would rather be redirected (or return) to the original page I was attempting to access. A specific example would be if I tried to ask this question in this “Community Forum” without logging in first. Once I log-in, I am returned to the Community forum and not to a generic membership options page or homepage. I understand that I tell subscribers(registered users) to always log-in before accessing the website, but it can be very inconvenient. If I missed the instructions to allow for this during the s2Members setup, I sincerely apologize and ask if you could please reference the relevant s2Members options to complete this task. Thank you very much indeed for your assistance in this matter. |
