This morning I bought s2Member Pro, created a user-name and password, then attempted to log-in. My password was refused so I clicked the “forgot password?” button. A message told me to check my email for a confirmation. Nothing arrived in my email. I tried again, this time using my email address instead of my user-name… still nothing. I have since tried several times without success. I can’t post a request to the “Customer Support Forums” as my logon is rejected. I have had to create a new user-Id with a different email address so that I can post this. As an email was sent to the second email address, I thought I’d try that address to get password assistance. This time, an email arrived. It told me to go to http://www.s2member.com/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=QD05Pxabzpa631XTg3d1&login=mikecrowley%3E When I clicked that URL I was sent to this “Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.” I tried cutting and pasting the first URL but with the same result. How can I get my copy of s2Member Pro from the site if my password is rejected and I’m not given the chance to update it?
