Is there any requirement to import from MagicMember’s CCBill customers to s2Member’s CCBill? Or does s2Member’s CCBill update the current customers whose currently active directly from datalink?

Hi Ryan,

If MagicMember has an export to CSV option, you’d need to export the data, reformat it using s2Member’s import format, and then import those customers into s2Member. Please see the following KB articles for more information:
