Marking/recording cash/EFT payments

Hi,

Alongside the potential PayPal integration, we also want to be able to accept cash at events or EFTs at any time for new memberships. I can’t find a way in the s2Member Framework (free) version to record external payments, as the only payment gateway is “paypal” – is there a way to record this with the Pro version? I want our treasurer to be able to maintain a full list of paid members in s2Member along with the amount they paid, how they paid and when they paid it.

Hi Avi,

You can manually add users and set their expiration date (Automatic EOT Time) while leaving the Payment Gateway blank. If you want to keep track of things like payment amounts, etc., you’ll need to use the Administrative Notes section on the user’s profile.
