Hi everybody,
I absolutely need to change the PayPal Checkout Button seen at the right bottom of this page: http://www.dietpro.it/website/area-coupon/
In some other topics I’ve read that this cannot be changed due to PayPal restriction, but it’s absolutely important to me that this could be changed.

Thank you for your inquiry.

The PayPal checkout button MUST be an image that PayPal has created, and cannot be changed. This button can, however, be changed to a different language (which looks like what you need here). s2Member provides a filter for site owners that need to change the language that this button shows up in.
