Hello,

i try to implement s2member and have some questions. but it seems, that i can´t ask question in the support forum because i am a free user. is that right?

otherwise can someone explain, how i can ask a question in the support forum.

This error often occurs when/if you do a test purchase while still logged into the site as a WP Administrator. The on-site error does not mention this, but if you look at the s2Member® log files in the Dashboard, you will see something like this.

Unable to add new Capabilities. The existing User ID is associated with an Administrator. Stopping here. Otherwise, an Administrator could lose access.

Solution

Log out of your site before making test purchases.
~ Or at least be sure you’re not logged in as an Administrator.
