I have suddenly encountered problems with new customers not being registered. Also a couple of older customers have suddenly been removed. The PayPal payments went through OK and I received the confirmation emails. However, the customers can’t access my sight and I can’t see them in the BROWSE USER section of admin.

Any thoughts?

Thanks for any help

Michael Medlock

Hi Michael,

That’s strange. I can’t think of any specific reason that would happen.

Could you please enable logging (Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Account Details -› Logging), conduct another test, and then share the log entries for that transaction from wp-content/plugins/s2member-logs/? Be sure to X-out any private information (e.g., email addresses).

Hello Raam,

Thanks replying. Which transactions logs do you need? The paypal-api, paypal-rtn, paypal-ipn or all three?

Thanks

Michael

All of them would be good, Michael.

Also, it’d be good if you could tell us from the logs the IDs of the transactions that had the problem, so we know what log entries to look at. Thanks!
