Hello,
Of several recent cancellations I have just one member whose user profile shows no EOT.

Can anyone tell me why this might happen and how I can fix it?

I just received this member’s usual monthly automated payment, and she wrote to say she had never canceled. So now I am wondering…

-Why did I receive a notice of cancellation? This is still in the Paypal records, too.

-And I guess that explains why there was no EOT, but it is confusing….
