Hi

Ive forgotten the password to my PRO account and the password reset form isn’t sending me a new password. All the pro sections of my website are now disabled till I log in… which I cant do because I have no password. I really need this functionality back up and running ASAP.

Can somebody please help me get a new password for my PRO account? I also never received a receipt for the PRO purchase. In fact, ive never had any emails from s2Member ever, which is a little worrying.

Can somebody please help?

I am happy to have found this thread. I have been searching and searching of how to get help
I would think any product paid for should have support system available ????

I have same issue as Mike Michael or Michael Michael and see he created free account to access some help.
I never received receipt or email log in yesterday 12/11/2012.
I did not forget password, it is just not working.
I had to register a free account in order to even contact S2member.. this gets confusing..

I have not started using my S2Member either free or Pro ( paid for)
I wanted to do it from Pro version from beginning.
I am almost ready to cancel, but I might be stuck with no access to my own website!

My wordpress site opens with S2Member log in and my Paypal is pending
but again I do not have access now to even edit my site

The primary domain of this account is phototourglobaldirectory.com

receive emails at editor@phototourdirectory.com
maybe there was error in typing info, not sure.
Site owner name is under Carra Riley
but my name is on card so profile is under my name also until I can change later.
I want to upload the pro version into the server,

I am patient and do thorough research, however, I am on a deadline!!!
I have never experienced being stuck with a purchased service, or software
and no way to reach tech support.
I cannot move without S2Member assistance

Thank you for your timely response of the “floating in cyberspace” mail delivery. I did receive the newsletter subscription confirmation, that’s the weird thing, so I got into account and changed profile data.

I am posting a reply to this thread to let others know how wonderful you are Elizabeth! I, like Michael had concerns and you removed them. I am looking forward to the S2Member experience!
