Having purchased and installed s2Member, I see that the default is for hierarchical membership levels. I am working on setting up a site that will have a mix of discrete non-hierarchical restricted content, and I need some guidance on setting this up. The site is in four sections, each with a certain amount of free content, as well as members-only content. Members should be able to sign up for one of the sections, without getting access to the other three (e.g. access to A but not B, C, or D). In addition, I want to set up a premium member role with access to everything. So, the roles would be: Role 1 (free): Access to free content in sections A, B, C, D How should I go about setting this up? I would like to do it as cleanly as possible, so it doesn’t make the site vulnerable to breaking with WP/plugin updates. Thanks. |
