Not changing customer roles on purchase

Our site http://explosiveoptions.net is not transitioning users from free to level 1 ever since we upgraded our PayPal account to Pro. It used to work fine on pp express checkout. I don’t even know where to begin debugging this. Thanks in advance for your help. Skip

Hi Skip. If you upgraded recently, it’s possible that you have the PayFlow edition of PayPal Pro. You should confirm this with PayPal and, if so, complete the s2Member integration with the PayFlow credentials.
