Hi,
I’m trying to restrict this page http://tiswc.com/contest-application-form/
This page uses a “custom-page-register.php” another words it uses Register Page template where its form actually generated.
I have already installed the WP Page ID plugin. I already put restriction on this page at the highest level 4, but when I log out and clear my browser cache, I can still open that Contest Form page. I even login using a member who has level 2 and can still open that page.
Please be aware that I have “Yes, Allow Open Registration Free Subscribers” option turn ON.
Basically, I want to restricted anyone but level-4-members from accessing that page.

Hope to hear solution soon.

Cheers,
Diasz

Hi Diasz,

I just tried visiting that page and was immediately redirected to your Membership Options Page. As you’d expect, I cannot access that page at all.

Have you tried testing from another computer, or another web browser on your computer?

Hi Raam,

Thanks for looking into it.

I got it fix late last night and found the option on s2Member that enforces restriction for dropdown menu made by WordPress >> Appearance >> Menu . I forgot what it was named but it has options to restrict menus/rss feed/comments. I’ve also noticed the red warning that keeps popping up whenever I save s2Member, I’ve ignored it all this time but last night I caught it and made the fix by setting up Membership Option Page so now I’m all good!

Cheers!
